anyone seen the ecosys m6535ci a tray1 cassette not set message? I have tried used parts only out of a couple parts machines only, I know the cassette is pushed all the way in, have tried different switches and sensor board in rear of machine where tray contacts the feelers, no help. I have tried the main board/right side of machine , and engine board left side of machine. I replaced everything I can think of, as well as tried firmware, execute a 906, and manually pushing the feelers to try to trick machine. I am missing something goofy. I now have two machines doing this. Any ideas?

which feelers do you mean? The solution i have had is, those white fins on the main body that read the paper size dial off the cassette. I dunno what the trick is but blowing air and some spray lube on them fixed it for me. -
