Kyocera M6535cidn error code 2500

Was printing fine one moment then a noise on last page which completed without error. Next print job (1 pg document) sent it never printed beeped Error "2500" Call service.

I've never had this failure on these machines and have serviced them for years. Has anyone had this and replaced the paper feed drive unit assembly with success?

Does the developer motor and developers move freely when you rotate them by hand?

Yeah, all developer units turn over freely. When the machine boots the color dev motors run fine but the black developer/paper feed motor never starts at all, just a dead motor unit assembly. Like a boat anker.
