    MS 365 scan to e-mail

I'm trying to set up scan to e-mail on a 2554ci using a known good microsoft 365 account and password. I can log in to the account yet I'm getting 1102 errors.

Are there any account settings that might block scans? I'm using port 587, STARTTLS, TLS2.

I'm in the account and I don't see two factor or SMTP "on" settings.

How do you check that smtp is enabled in the Office365 account?
