    [Error Code] Kyocera TASKALFA 520 I

    Good day all

    i hope you can assist me please , i have a Kyocera TASKALFA 520 I i am having issues with , i replaced the MK last week and now the client is reporting jamming with the following codes JAM21,JAM41.JAM11 and JAM42 , i am struggling with this device and cant get to the bottom of the issue can someone please give me some guidelines i may have missed please as i need to get this sorted out asap

      Check feed unit tires, the black mylar on door has to be smooth, if it has started to lift will cause jams. Check the fuser unit and the two way unit on top of it.

          feed ires are all new as its part of the mk , fuser also new as its also part of mk
