    "Mobile Tech" from eautomate reviews?

Hi! we use eautomate software on the office and we might get the "mobile tech" function, but we would like to have real opinions from techs that use it... thanks!

I'm not a fan of Mobile Tech, it's been a 6+ months since I've looked at it last but it's overpriced and lacks many of the features available in the older, web based, RemoteTech product. Call history search and inventory search are lousy, can't copy/paste text from areas the app, can't add to or edit call descriptions, meter sources are not indicated, no meters in call history, historical parts usage missing, can't open new calls from the app (a killer at large accounts or if you use dummy calls as part of your workflow). and more.

I've seen 5 or 6 demos over the years, starting since development, and it looks good until you ask a few questions. RemoteTech may not be pretty but it works and has a lot of features and configuration options that are unavailable in the app based Mobile Tech.
