Copystar 6551ci doucument feeder scan quality

I have a 6551ci copier and the scanned image in the document feeder is bad see attached photo. if I print its fine and if I place it on the stage glass and make the copy its fine just thru the document feeder.

I've seen this on the "2" series machines (6052ci, etc) when the scanner drive belt was too tight from the factory, but not on these. Has anyone messed with the scanner position in U068? Should be "0".

No it just happened out of the blue 1 min it worked fine the next scan job it was screwed up

I looked into u068 and adjusted it it was 0 but i had to change it to 13 and then had to adjust u071 to remove a black line
