DF-790 with 6210 jam code

We have a TA-4551ci (approximately 790K) with a DF-790 with mailbox finisher that has 6210 jamming issues. We swapped out the actuator and sensor with a low metered parts finisher (303nb24170) and also the enter sensor (303nw94060) as well as the transport unit and are still having the 6210 jamming issue. Any ideas or suggestions?

Replacing the Swing gate is a good start, but also replace the red torque limiter. We have seen this cause the problem a number of times on 40+ mailboxes we have out there.

Well, we ran the copier without the mailbox finisher and would still jam. We took the finisher back to the shop and tested it on our machine, the result was no jams. We replaced the engine pwb and no jamming. Thanks for the suggestions.
