TASKalfa 2552 error F040

I have an intermittent error f F040 in a TASKalfa 2552,
we have updated the firmware to the latest version, we have also disconnected all the connections and reconnected from the PARTS PWB MAIN ASSY board but we continue with the problem,

any idea how to solve it? thanks

The error is defined as "Communication error between the main unit and CPU (Communication error between
the controller and the print engine)" so I would look at the cables between the two boards. Also look into the +5VDC supply to make sure that the boards are not crashing from power supply instability.

thanks for your contribution, my problem is that it is an intermittent error, very intermittent and it appears when a document is sent to print. For now I have disconnected and reconnected all the cables of the Main controller and the print engine, but after a few days the error returns.
