    Kyo Service Portal

Ok, so what's the trick to accessing the Service Portal (QAs, open tickets)?

I try using IE but it's redirecting me to Edge, which won't work. Was there a bulletin I missed?

I am huge Kyocera fan but the Service Portal is such bulls-- ahem, easily the worst repository of bulletins of any manufacturer.

What funny is all the new machines are being pushed with enhanced security but they want us to use a browser that is known to have security flaws to access bulletins!

Anyone who replaces more than drums and rollers on a Samsung gets what he deserves.
