0365 with 1102 errors scan to email

Getting multiple calls with 0365 hosted with verified passwords today? All network security is correct. Using my personnel account with 0365 works fine.
Anyone else noticing this at all?

The Admin for the Office365 account you're using needs to go into the settings for that account and make sure SMTP AUTH is turned on so it can use standard SMTP authentication.

Enable or disable SMTP AUTH in Exchange Online | Microsoft Docs

The symptom for this is specifically "4803" error code

My bad. To clarify, I was speaking specifically to the O365 situation and not the error code itself. I primarily work on Xerox and HP, and I didn't pay attention to the sub-forum I was posting in. Lesson learned.
