Ecosys M2040, P2040 fuser problem

Hello,
does anybody know this problem ? See attachment. Fuser unit FK-1150 (Kyocera)
New fusers are too expensive. I always repaired them using oil belts ordered from China. Repaired fusers have kept to work 40K pages (the same life as new one) without any problem.
But last time the ordered belts do not work well, better said they are piece of shit. These oil belts are a bit different as well as the packaged oil. Repaired fusers are extremly noisy and rotate heavily even I use lot of oil.
What are your experiences and do you have reliable supplier ?

I have just ordered a few of these as well. I have fixed the jamming problem, but unsure how long this will last.

I would have rather liked to remove the oil pad all together and just use the plastic piece with the right grease. But I cannot find the right grease to use.
