This is for a remote account which we need to buy local service. According to customer a repair was done, tech updated firmware also. Tech/customer couldn't remote into web interface, changed settings on panel to do so. Now scan to email not working, 2202 error. Scan timeout is set to 120 and no other changes made. Scan to exchange relay, port 25. Was working normally before service call. I webbed in with customer IT, couldn't see anything obvious, any ideas?
