    Ecosys P2040dn, which driver for W10/64?

    Customer called me today that her Ecosys P2040dn prints only 30 pages of a 50 pages print job (application unknown until now). The rest of the unprinted pages remain in the print spooler.

    Want to try tomorrow first, a different driver. Being an KonicaMinolta guy, I have no experience with Kyo and no idea which driver would be the best in this case. Any advice please?

      I believe it is the 8.2.xxxx KX driver. Chances are they are using the wsd driver, get rid of that garbage.
