Default user and password changed?

Have a M6535cidn that the default user/password was changed. Is there a reset/clear for this. Can get in with the 3500 but not the web interface.

Maintenance Mode U021 should take care if this for you. Just export as much info as you need first via U917. I'm not sure if one of the export options also includes the changed password, so you might not want to select all options when doing your export.

Yea that is what I was going to do but just wanted to ask thinking someone might have another way. Thanks

Once you login to the machine using the 3500, go to login authentication/job accounting and you can change the admin password.
