    CS-1500, Misregistration...

    This machine is varying the lead edge, sometimes by several inches. Do these have trouble with the registration clutch/bearings? Or could this possibly be that the feed is just late or sensor sticking?

      Sticky feed clutch selnoid pad or feed clutch & registration clutch selnoid...easy fix, take right side cover off, then small cover over clutches & clean the pads off... make sure you put electrical tape around the selnoid lever or it wont de-energize for the next page & it will jam

          Yep, both of those.. took them out, cleaned them, and away it went!
