[Jamming] J-6411/J-6111 on Kyocera 5054ci

New 5054ci with 1000 sheet finisher getting j-6411 and j-6111 jams. Sometimes can run 200+ copies/prints before a jam, but once it jams it will jam evry few prints afterwards. Has latest firmware. No obvious signs of paper slowing down. Has anyone come across this before? Maybe on other models?

Have you ever found a fix for this?, we are having that issue on most 54 series with a thousand sheet finisher , one we had to replace with a 4000 sheet finisher to fix it. any help would be appreciated

I have seen where the finisher is not level, sits twisted not aligned to the machine.
