km 4530

in km4530 machine special functions are not working including adf, then c640 error also.they are disabled from screen also. i reset the machine by sim 906, after getting ready it gives system error ,switch off/on.in that same conditon i try to format the hdd . when i touch the exicute then press start button its giving some numbers on screen then nothing, no operation.
i replaced the hdd also, no result.
the same machine killed me b4 with 3300 error. then its ready with out changing anything ,but it is giving the same error 3300 some times, now this c-640 error also.
any solutions for this two errors.

when you change the hdd you must format too whith the open door
test to change the memory dimm in main pcb

Main PCB more than likely problem with cold solder joints. Especially where scanner cables plug in on top. Check and resolder those 2 connectors for 3300 codes.
