    P3155dn blank prints.

I have a p3155dn. That the customer removed a jam, then the prints got lighter and lighter until the prints are blank. The mag roller is turning, I cleaned the charge roller, pulled the dev unit and it seems normal. I noticed on kfs that it was pulling c5100 codes while I was working on it. Has anyone seen this issue before. I am going back tomorrow morning to look at it again.

Have not worked on that specific model, but the older fs3560 is similar in design and function. The symptoms you describe points to the dev clutch. They get rusted out and the dev may be turning intermittently. Remove the right cover and take a black marker and put a mark across the two clutch shafts. power on the machine and run a few pages and see it the shaft is turning constantly. without the mark, it's hard to tell.
The c5100 error codes are the result of worn registration actuator. replace it. It is call image actuator in the parts list, and I replace them all the time with machine over 100k.
What's the meter of the machine, the clutch in some machine last long, while in some the just crap out starting aroung 100k

I would start with the simplest solution. If you have a spare charger housing that the roller sits in id swap out. 5100 is charge code from the manual.

If you pop the charger out does it make a solid black?

Edit.... I made an error here stating that c5100 is for worn registration actuator. In fact, I was thinking of 501 error code, which refers to the worn registration actuator, that causes frequent paper jams inside the printer. Anyone who have worked on these series of machine would encounter this. So, my apologies in replying in haste, as I knew from the symptoms described by the thread owner, that the remedy was as I replied.
The other reply who posted the cause of 5100 is correct as to the troubleshooting manual. I think, the owner should post what was the solution to the problem. I repair quite a number of those machines and they are robust little machines, with the common fault, being the clutches, worn actuator and frame broken frame post that supports the tray1 lift gear, and fusers that fail prematurely, due to heat roller wear.

Here I found a post here with the 501 error .
TaskAlpha 3550idn jam code 501 cassette one...

The problem though, that there is no kyocera model by that name , but he meant M3550idn... Just for the record.

Happy New Year to those in the struggle and the continuance to helping each other as we go on onto 2023.

It ended up being the HV. It was a strange situation where as all the customer did was try to remove a jam. When I got there the prints went from light to totally blank in 20 prints. I reseated the HV, still blank. I put an HV in from a parts machine and now it is perfect. Thank you for your suggestion.
