PA6000 series training

Has anyone taken the Kyocera training for the PA6000 series printers?

When I finish the test for part 2 it says "congratulations you passed" or something like that.

Then I click on the check mark to finalize the test and it wants me to retake the course because I didn't get a high enough score.

I tried it 3 times, the test is very easy. I even intentionally missed a question but same thing, I'm stuck in a loop.

Yep that happened to me also! I emailed the training dept and Claude said he did some tweaking on it. I unregistered the course and retook it and it finally worked.

The training center stepped in and fixed my record as well. Today I noticed that the training requirements have been clarified to say:

Technicians currently certified on the previous online series course (ECOSYS P3060dn/P3055dn/P3050dn/P3045dn full On-Line Training Course) will be automatically certified on these new products.
