[Error Code] Firmware update for Taskalfa 5004i

Hi everybody,

I have a Taskalfa 5004i that is giving trouble with the finisher (giving different C codes, saying that different doors are open). I think this is related to the firmware of the machine. But on the european site of Kyocera the isnt any firmware available for this machine that i can put on a flash drive. Can somebody help me out with this?

Depending on what finisher. You may want to shim the connector.
