C-3300 in KM-6030

I am facing problem with KM-6030 copier. It gives error code C-3300. I cleaned and serviced the optics but of no use.Help appriciated.

try adjusting the shading plate position(make sure glass is in correct way round 1st) cheapest and fastest thing to do

Also make sure that mirrors are not out of position.
