Hi guys, I picked up a new customer today & they have a Copystar CS-3011i with only 43k on the meter.. call was for a C9040 error code. I went there and sure enough the rear post is broken off the lift plate for the doc feeder... I was able to temp fix it with a screw keeping the plate from flopping around, but I really need the lift plate part number. Any help is greatly appreciated.
