code erro 3210 kyocera 3655

Hello, how are you, my kyocera 3655 is giving error 3210, I already changed the pwb board, and the error was for the board that I changed, I already changed the font, cables and all parts of the printer and even so the error continues, any idea how to solve it ,thanks!!

CIS 1 Reinsert the connector. Also check for
continuity within the connector cable. If none,
replace the cable.
CIS and CIS connect PWB
CIS connect PWB and control PWB (YC41)
2 Replace the image scanner unit and execute
U411 (see page 4-41).
CIS connect PWB Replace the CIS connect PWB and check for
correct operation
