Kyocera 7002i waste toner backing up

I have a few 7002i/8002i machines that will back up waste toner back into the drum unit, waste auger turns good but back up on top of auger.
customer using compatible toner.

Is toner OEM or 3rd party?

"compatible" toner... gonna have to try your luck with another version. I've never seen waste pluggage in our fleet of similar models using OEM toner. Nobody's saving money with that knockoff stuff big-picture

I have a bunch of these in schools and have never had a waste back up using oem. If they want to use generic toner then the money they saved will be used for part replacement. Win win for you. Billable labor and parts!

Do not use compatible toner in these machines. It will cause issues.
