M2035 Command Center Lost Password

Trying to login to a customers M2035MFP Command Center and they previously changed the admin password and don't remember it. Do I have to reset the entire machine to reset the admin password? I haven't come across this issue before.

you can always go to system menu and use the device login from the panel and reset the Admin account password from there. or create another admin login. that should allow you to get to the CCRX.
