Okaaaaayyyyy. What error are you getting?????? What code????? What message are you getting that is telling you that you have a problem???? What, what what. Nobody can answer your question unless you tell us what error. Sending info will not and has not helped you because we do not know what error you mean. Come on spit it out.

Are you looking for an x0003 error means replace resistor 232 type map?
If so then get out a meter or scope and troubleshoot the circuit using your electronics skills. No manual gives you component level replacement for erros that I know of. I used to troubleshoot boards to component level for Pitney Bowes way way back but we had to figure it out and build a boad test fizture and the like.
