Copystar CS 3212i... Touch screen not responding

Hi guys, just received the call at end of day about a copystar CS 3212i that the touch screen is not responding to anything, I thought I would check here so that I could try a couple of the things in the morning when I head to this call. Does anybody have any suggestions on things to check or try? Thanks so much

Run a business card under the bezel around the glass, debris pressing down and cause this. Or half the time the customer doesn't properly reboot. Maybe that's all it needs. I don't think i've ever had to replace a Kyocera panel, except maybe a desktop unit once.

There is a known issue on the Home button sinking in causing similar problem. Possibility that this could be the problem. See photo what to modify.

UPDATE::::: Went on call this morning & found a staple stuck in the lower right corner of the touch screen. I also used a business card and pushed out lots of debris and junk from around the edges. WORKS GREAT now.. Good overall cleaning & sweeping of the machine & they are good to go! I love calls like this, in & out quickly & a chargeable call too.
