Re: M6630cidn cannot connect to smtp
What smtp server are you trying to connect to? What dns server are you using? What port are you using? Is all your TLS 1.2 ports active? Is you firmware up to date? We have not had any issues with this model connecting to smtp servers. Your not giving us much to work with here. -
Re: M6630cidn cannot connect to smtp
sorry
smtp server name : smtp-mail.outlook.com
port : 587
smtp security: starttls
Authentication: user name and password
dNS primary 192.168.1.1
secondary 8.8.8.8
TLS 1.2 active
like I mentioned all other models seem to work just fine with the same settingsComment

Re: M6630cidn cannot connect to smtp
What error are you receiving? When you test your settings on the smtp page does it come back complete or does it error out? What sender address are you using because if the sender address are you using at the bottom of the smtp page? Because if it not a working email it will not work, for example, scans@yourbusiness.com, if it's not a real email it will error out with an smtp error because it is not a recognized email.Comment

Re: M6630cidn cannot connect to smtp
I have never had a machine cause an email problem because something in it wasnt working. It has always been wrong info or something on the network not working or blocking the email.A few times I have had to take a working machine to the customers just to prove it was their info or network.Comment
