M6035 Drawer options?

Hello, I read somewhere about the paper tray lift going out and being real hard to work on. It said they replaced the drawer with a spring pop up drawer from a different model. Does anyone know if that is a possibility on a M6035? If so what model drawer would work? Thanks for any feedback

Not on that model. If you are having lift problems a lot of times it is the white arm is bent. Not that bad to replace.

We have had many calls for the machine (M6035cidn) saying the paper was empty and it turned out to be that white paper detect arm being bent. Most of the time bending it back in place fixes the issue.

Thanks Guys, I dont work on many of these. This one is pretty far away and they were complaining of a clicking noise. I remembered reading of replacing drawer with one with lift springs. Glad to know this model is not the one with that problem.
