New Ecosys PA4500x not waking up from sleep mode

Greetings All

I have 2 brand new Ecosys PA4500x that will not wake from sleep. printing jobs just stay in the queue until you turn the device off and back on. tried changing the sleep settings (Quick recovery & Energy saver). turned on weekly time to see if it wakes at programed wake time. did not work.

Does any have this model? and if you do, do you have this problem?

Just a thought. How are these connected. I remember the 2640 had a fw for usb connection not waking up. Sounds similar.

These are connected to LAN only.

Make sure the print drivers are using the IP Address to print to the machine and not WSD
