Memory Recall Problem

I have a Kyocera/Mita/Copystar that is the same model as the Konica 8031 and I enabled the 'Memory Recall' option in the service mode but the tab does not show up in the user menu. It has an equivilent to the Fiery IC-401 mounted to it. What could I be missing?

i should also mention that I have the memory recall option enabled in the service mode but it also needs to be enabled in the "User's Choice 1" section of the 'Utilities' area. When I press the button on the touch panel to enable it in user's choice the button doesn't do anything. all the other buttons work but the one I need just beeps and doesn't let me change the option to "yes."

Problem Solved

This function will not work with the 'Copy Track' turned on.
