Customer just called and said that the machine was multifeeding through the RDF. They do quite a bit of scanning with it. What model of feeder goes on this? Is there a separation pad or are there belts? They are 1.5 hours away and would like to take one with me....thanks Guys.....

BEST KM / Mita doc feeder; ever!
Open top door
remove 2 large chrome screws the on beige cover, lift off
remove feed switch bracket... 1 brass screw,
remove 2 screws on brass guide (bypass end)
remove 2 screws on lift plate & pull out
remove 1 screw on retard roller bracket
pull out retard roller assy (note guide pin holes)
don't worry if lift plate is in the up position on re-assembling, but make sure the feed switch spring end is well, "in the hole".
