Kyocera TASKalfa 351ci 10871087 wont work?

Hi, ive changed the transfer unit of the said machine today, now i want to go into Service Mode but no matter what I try nothing happens?

1. Pressed STATUS Button then 10871087 - no reaction
2. Main Menu 10871087 - no reaction
3. logged into the Device via System Menu and Admin credentials, tried again, no reaction.
4. opened the Front Flap (?) - no reaction

Did I do anything wrong?
