    Kocera :nre: DF 791 jams

    Hi Foks,
    Installing "new" Kyocera MZ 3200, with DF 791 finisher, but paper crumbles thru sorter. When trying more than 1 sheet, it will jam, code"8800,6600",. Any ideas as to what i can check for?
    If I dis-connect sorter,it feeds fine.

      Just to let you know, I downloaded latest firmware, and it worked !
      to be honest, I was very skeptical, but at my wits end, I tried it, and it worked !
      I really cant think of an issue where I installed newest firmware, and it fixed it..
      Hopefully, this can help others, as this is a brand new install, thinking, should have never had to do a firmware install. Good luck folks..!!!

          If it has been more than 24 hours since a machine left the factory configuration center, there can easily be firmware updates that need to be installed.
