Anybody can help with firmware for the km-3650w,

the device powers on, but nothing on the screen

Check the PC unit in the copier. The power supply may died or the battery on its motherboard has gone flat and needs replacing.

what battery? it doesn't have a battery? are you referring to a battery backup?
