Net Gateway Setup Steps

Ok I haven't had to use the net gateway up until now, I always just had the client make sure there was network connectivity. Now though Im considering a couple of places where a gateway may be needed so I've been looking into setting it up.
My only problem is the manual is not super clear on how it works for USB devices. I understand the regular network connected ones but I can already connect those with their own KFS.
Ive looked around all over and people talk about using the gateway to see the USB devices but never show it actually working or how to do it.
Any help?

The gateway has to be installed on the pc that the usb printer is plugged into.

Yeah I never really did find a guide or anything to get it working. So far I haven't set up a proper Gateway besides a test one at my office that connected two Epson Machines to KFS. I would just have to agree with ntbann and say run the Gateway on the PC that has a USB printer installed and see where it goes from there.
