    Hi , i needed your solution again regard km4050 ,show " program loading" on control panel when switch on machine but disconnected printing cable from machine is okay.My doubt is which part should be replace 1st ,engine board or printer board ? Greatly appreciated your solution.

      Did you try reloading or upgrading the firmware? That's what I would do first.
