    CS-1650 Error C-0410

I have a machine that is coding this code a lot. You put a stack of 20 origionals in the and this code will come up. I know the code points to replacing one of the boards, but I was wondering if anyone out there has seen something wierd cause this. Any help would be appreciated.

KMA general tech bulletin #70, replace the DP-410 main PCB and adds a ground wire.

Replacing the DP-410 main PCB and adding the ground wire usually works, but don't skip the ground checks called for the TB. We have had several units were the ground contacts on the two motors at the back of the DP did not make good contact causing continued C0410 codes after the upgrade. They are spring steel and push against the case of the motors, reforming them so they make good contact solved the issue.

I replaced the whole DOC feeder.

Due to the fact this was an install to a new customer. To make them happy I just brought them the whole doc feeder. I suspect it was the PCB in the Doc feeder because it works now. I will check the grounds on the unit that I have here in the shop. Thanks to all for the advice.
