HI ! everyone, i have this problem whenever i send print from pc to copier by using bypass tray and using protait there is a line on my copy ,the line on copy is not consistent . But make copied the print the line is not there ,the line looks like charge leaked. THanks for your solution.

i dont know much detail on this but i know i got lines only when printing on these machines and it ended up being the computer side of things,not the machine.sorry,if I can get more info I will.

CAn you be a little more descriptive about your problem, What do you mean when you say it "looks like the charge leaked". Which direction does the line run? how wide is it? is it solid black or gray or something in between. Does it go edge to edge on the paper or does it cut-off at the margins?

The line is lightgray running along in protrait direction, is 1mm wide i forgot to check is it cut off at the margins,this line unconsistent print on copy from edge to center .Its looks like charge leaked because through my expierence . Hope u understand my explanation
