Kyocera Mita KM-C2030

We brought in a Kyocera Mita KM-C2030. We understand that it is not manufactured by Kyocera Mita, so I was wondering if you could help us. We are trying to set this copier up to print, but I can't figure out how to get into the machine to change the IP address on the copier. We have use the owners manuel to try to get to the special functions but can't get into it. We also have tried to get into the Admin mode where you need a code to get into it. With most Kyocera Mita machines the code is usually the first number of the machine followed by three zeroes but that isn't working. So was wondering what we could be doing wrong or what else we can do to get this to work? Any help appreciated, thank you.

Thanks for the help. I was also wondering now that I am able to get into this mode where and how do I change the IP address to get the copier to print. Thanks for any help.

dont seem to be in admin mode
Must be something like that :

Press the utility button on the control panel
In the touch panel press the controller detail button
Press the menu button
Use the down arrow button to scroll to run setup
Select Network setup
Select Ethernet in the port setup menu
Select TCP/IP in protocol setup
you should have acces to IP configuration

after pressing the utility button I do not see a contoller detail button??? is it under a different name??? Thanks!!!

I've now created myself another problem with this copier. While looking for the controll detail button I pressed a button that went to change the language and somehow changed it to Spanish. I then somehow found the controll detail button and then pressed the menu button and everything in the menu box is in Spanish and I can't figure out how to change back to English. Everything else is in English I only get the Spanish when I'm in the menu box to change the ip address. Thanks!!!

try entering 6482 or 6284 to get in to administration.once in change it in interface.i have been working for both Kyocera and Canon.I now major in Canon.
