KM-C3225E Jamming in Booklet folder BF-1
I have a KM-C3225e Color copier with a DF-710 Finisher with the BF-1 Booklet folder installed. Works great for the most part.
When making Booklets, 2 11x17 sheets folded and stapled, it jams about every 20 or 30 booklets. Clear the jam and it will run anotyer 20 or 30 just fine.
The first sheet that feeds into the BF-1 the lead edge hits right at the guide plate on the staple unit. There are mylars on the plate preceeding the staple unit on the left and right but it hit right in the middle.
I truly can not tell if it hits the actual staple unit or the guide plate preceeding the staple unit. It is not a consistent failure as I said 1 jam every 20 or 30 booklets.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
