Browse the printers IP address via FTP. Create a text file containing the FRPO command. Drop that text file in the lp1 directory.

There aren't under the Printer tab? That's where they are for the fs-4000DN. Maybe the 4020 is different. You can use the "Broadcast" function in KMnet Viewer to send a text file with the FRPO commands you wish to change directly to the printer.
