Hi ! everyone i needed some solution for this model ,when i turn on this machine ,its on for while may be 3 to 5 minute and its turn off .Sometimes i on the machine its just go off. I open rear cover i found the cooling fan near power source stop moving and the other 2 cooling fans near engine board is still runing.I replaced power source its still shown the same sympton, i tried to check the wire with colour black and white from power source to relay which is the fuser ,i suspected that may be its cause by relay or any microswitch . thanks for any solution

this might be a dumb question... but is all the energy saver and low power settings maxed out at 240 min?? what about firmware? i'd check the simple things first...

energy saver and lower power already maxed to 240 min ,firmware still not try but when update halfway power goes off ? how!

Sounds like maybe a pinched wire. I'd just start taking off covers and unplugging accessories to narrow down possible culprits.

If the machine has a fax system in it you may want to look at that also.

I agree about the fax system..Have seen it often.....Most of the time it is the ribbon cable on the fax board... Unplug the fax power supply and see if the problem goes away....
