    download LDAP scanner software

    Kyocera LDAP Converter Ver. 2.5.0
Kyocera Light Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) Converter utility used for connecting "in-house" e-mail servers to select an e-mail destination when scanning to e-mail using Kyocera Mita Scanning System. This version will run in Service Mode.

first you have to enable ldap service as you already did, second you have to load the software on the server and the machine should be able to pull the info

        Great!!!! But.......

thanks for the info on the ldap converter. i have now downloaded the software but could i just double check
        1) host address is the email server??
        2) where does the software find the ip address of the MFP?
        3) is there a setup guide??? could someone "talk" me through the info needed to get this to work?

sorry for so many questions but this is the first time i've seen this software and any help would be much appriciated

The software must be on the same server as your printer

          1) Hostname is server name
          2) username and password from the server
          3) Searchbase dc=servername, dc=local
          4) Start the software
