    Installation taskalpha 250c

Hi, guys. I've got to install a taskalpha very soon. I haven't been on training on these yet. But i have briefly read through the manual. The guy who was on the course is off sick.
What is the process of setting this machine up?
    - simulation modes etc.
    - any other tips.
    Thanks in advance guys.

The Firmware should be at 5.0 and the rest is easy. Simulation to get in is the status then the normal 1087 1087 admin00 is the password on the IE interface. I always set them up and run drum refresh, the calibrate, then run color registration and last but not least is the 3 sheat simulation 410.

improve technology? That is correct you have to first run the firmware also you should know there is a new firmware release, this will enable one to surf the internet from the copier console according to the kyocera trainer.

You can browse the web but you can do anything with the pages you bring up. It is a feature that will be used later as Kyocera develops their HyPass interface

They are done in the user adjustments and they should be done in the order posted above plus the just came out with a new firmware so make sure yours is up to 6.0

                installation

to be honest... install the toners... update the firmware and thats really it... do a printout to see if registration is off and if its not... network it if you have to and you are done... also... make sure and connect the tray heater... I had spots on the copies of one that installed where I didn't conect the heater... since then I have been doing it... not sure if it helps but I feel better...
