please help!!KM-C850D service manuals C2010

hey everyone... if you would be kind enough, i have an issue with a clients KM-C850D kicking a C2010 code... please help me!! =( if someone could tell me what the code is refering to(i cant get reports out of it, machine locked up) or if they could send me the service manual for this machine it would be greatly, greatly appreciated.... thank you and god bless.

i dont know the machine, but pulled up the manual and found this for you:

C2010
Main drive motor lock

Main drive motor starting error

the insertion of connectors.

This is one of the few C codes that I haven't experienced with the 850D, , but on the B & W Falcons, they will throw a C-2000 or C-2500 code if any front door, conveying door interlock switch isn't fully actuated. I'd start there. Actually I would start with loading that machine with dynamite and blowing it to smithereens, but hey, your customer, not mine.

thats hilarious because they are a tattoo shop and the owner actually has an early (and operational) civil war cannon.... and guess what they did when i told them how much it would be to fix it!!!!! couldn't of went any better...
