Hi there,
I've got a strange jamming-problem with a FS910 - this happen only if I send a print job "face down" to the mailbox or finisher bins. The paper get stucked just above the fuser at the junction gate because it didn't switched it's position properly.
The whole exit unit including the junction gate and selenoid has been replaced -> same problem, the engine PWP has also been replaced -> same problem. Then I checked out the selenoid in detail and figured out that there are some kind of static magnet attached to ensure that the magnet shaft is keeping it's position once the magnet has switched it's position. When I try to run the selenoid with just one of the two magnets I got much less jams - like if the magnet doesn't receive enough power to switch properly.
Any ideas?
thx
