Try switching your drivers to KDPL and update your firmware -
Accordong to the Service Manual, F020 is one of the following.
1. Defective main memory (RAM) on the main board.
2. Defective main board.
3. Defective expanding memory (DIMM) on the main board.
The error means:
Checksum failed with main memory (RAM) on the main board or expanded memory (DIMM)
Most of the time, I have been able to fix the by leaving the printer turned on at the error and then removing the power cord straight from the machine. Then I plug it back in again. Sounds crude hey? But I have never had to replace a main board in one of those machines yet.
You can also try a firmware upgrade and see if that helps.Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.Comment
