KM Accounting Importing CSV Files

We have created some CSV files in excel with account codes to import into the KM accounting software. No matter how we format it we get a format error when we import it. Has anybody had success doing this.

We can successfully import codes that have been exported from another machine, but not from an excel doc we create.

Any Ideas
