KM1650 Scan Sys F Password

I have a KM 1650 With the scan system installed. I connected to it via the web interface, which it does with no problem. when i click on the link to add more addresses to the e-mail destination list it requests a username and password. Nobody knows what this could be.

I've tried using the "Scanner address editor" utility on the scanner library CD, even using this does not work. Before I do a hard reset using the jumpers on the scanner board, I would like to know if anybody else has any bright ideas

u504, init scan nic. will restore to factory settings.

I forgot about that, but remembered just after i submitted the querry. I used that and it worked 100%, without having to rip out the board and reset via jumpers. Thanks for the reply though. Appreciate it
